In January 2024, the programme El hombre que se enamoró de la Luna, recorded for about a year and a half at El Corte Inglés's Ámbito Cultural space in Callao (Madrid), devoted its 388th episode to Palestine under the title "La Luna mira a Palestina" ("The Moon looks to Palestine"). Guests included journalists Olga Rodríguez and Xabier Aldecoa and artists Marwan and Amparo Sánchez.

After the recording, Ámbito Cultural's management objected to the episode's content and refused to publish it on its YouTube channel, unlike previous episodes. The programme's team denounced this as censorship and ended its collaboration with Ámbito Cultural.
