Cancellation of a meeting of the Nanterre Palestine Committee

The Nanterre Palestine Committee had organised a solidarity rally with the Palestinian people at Paris-Nanterre University, bringing together students, local residents and representatives of organisations such as BDS and the Union of Jews for Peace. Although the university had initially given its approval, the university management withdrew its consent the day before the event, citing the absence of a student organisation on the poster.

The organisers denounced these justifications as unfounded, asserting that the student associations had indeed completed the necessary administrative procedures, notably the submission of the application and the certificate of civil liability.
