Cancellation of a lecture by Yannis Arab on the history of Palestine in Grenoble

A conference on the history of Palestine, organised by the United Front of Immigrants and Working-Class Neighbourhoods and due to be led by Yannis Arab, was cancelled by the Grenoble Prefecture on the very day it was due to take place. The day before the event, CRIF Grenoble Dauphiné had issued a statement calling for the conference to be banned and had referred the matter to the Grenoble Public Prosecutor’s Office.
