Cancellation of a panel discussion on Gaza in Marseille featuring researchers Samirah Jarrar, Sbeih Sbeih, and Asya Zaino

A panel discussion titled “The War in Gaza as Seen from the West Bank” , featuring researchers Samirah Jarrar, Sbeih Sbeih, and Asya Zaino, was canceled by the administration of Aix-Marseille University just hours before it was scheduled to take place, despite having initially been approved.

The organisers attempted to reschedule the event in a less politicised format, but the university canceled it a second time at the last minute.
