France orders the expulsion of Palestinian activist Myriam Abu Daqqa

The French Ministry of the Interior ordered the expulsion of Palestinian activist Myriam Abu Daqqa, who had come to France for a series of conferences, arguing that her presence risked disturbing public order in the context of the October 7 events.

Although the measure was initially suspended by the administrative courts, it was ultimately upheld on an emergency basis by the Conseil d’État.
